Step Inside The First Andaz in South East Asia – Andaz Singapore

Opened on the 15th of November 2017, Andaz Singapore is perhaps the most anticipated 2017 hotel opening not just in the city, but also in the world of design, and hospitality.

Designed by Andre Fu’s acclaimed design studio, AFSO, the property draws inspiration from Kampong Glam’s colorful shophouses, alleyways, and the mix of cultures.

Fu incorporated a lot of local touches in every room at Andaz Singapore – From the room hallway reminiscent of alleyways that leads to the Primrose Yellow shophouse doors, to the Peranakan fabrics used as accent pillows – the property is a subtle reflection of its vibrant neighborhood.

Food plays a significant role in the city’s culture, and this was given a definite highlight at Andaz Singapore. A unique addition to the property is the five-dining-concept gastronomic experience at Alley on 25 that recreates the city’s famed food street, and the sweet-tooth heaven that is Pandan, which gives a modern take into classic Singaporean favorites like the Pandan Chiffon Cake.

    抱着很大的期望入住,但是实际体验有差距…在我看来实属牵强…

I agree…a bit overrated in my opinion, but I like the design! Andre Fu did an amazing job!

Nice pictures, as always. But that free night rate is ridiculous.
